Our role
HexedGirls is a directory site. We don’t host any video files ourselves, so we can’t remove videos from the internet. What we do is remove the listings and embedded players on our site. If you own rights to content, you should also contact the site hosting the actual video.
How to submit a takedown notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))
To request removal of a listing, your notice must include:
- The exact URL(s) of the listing(s) on hexedgirls.com
- A description of the copyrighted work you own
- Your name, address, and email contact
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your signature (typing your name is acceptable)
Send your notice to the Copyright Agent for HexedGirls via the contact page at contact page.
Processing and counter-notices
We review valid notices and act on them within a few business days. If you believe your listing was removed by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) through the same contact method. If a source repeatedly leads to valid takedown notices, we will remove all its listings from HexedGirls permanently.
